Our Story
In Love, There's Light was inspired in memory of my grandmother, Carol Ann. She's that beautiful woman on the right. Unfortunately, we lost her to uterine cancer on March 30th, 2009. She always made her home warm + welcoming, and I remember it always smelled so good. She used to sign off every email and phone call with "In Love + Light." This company is for her - to remind everyone that everything can be beautiful when you put love into what you are doing. Simple moments, like coming home from a long day at work, curling up on the couch with your partner, and lighting a candle, really are the beautiful moments that make up a life full of love.
It’s been such a wonderful journey creating In Love, There’s Light. I’ve always loved making a house into a home, so every person entering feels like they are getting a warm hug. Candles, room fragrances, and soaps help set the mood for a space you really love to spend time in and share with others. I hope my products make you feel like you are wrapped in a big, warm hug.

Hi, I'm Karli! I graduated from Kennesaw State University in Georgia in 2019 with a degree in Hospitality. Yes, a degree in Hospitality, right before a worldwide pandemic. While stuck in my house, battling with anxiety and depression, and wondering what my next move would be after losing not one, not two, but three jobs due to COVID-19, I was lighting candles left and right, and I stopped and thought, “Well, I could make these!”
